We had an exceptional stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The resort was beautiful. The cafe food (both local and continental options) and coffee were great. There is free shuttle provided to Alona Beach that is very convenient. Motorcycle rental is available on site. Also a big thank you for the arrangement for the sea port transfer.

Beautiful resort right on the beach. Staff was amazing, extremely polite and well trained. Breakfast experience was amazing too. The room was big, with all the comfort needed and a stunning view. Overall a beautiful experience.

If you like quiet and tranquility this place is for you. The villa is gorgeous and spacious. Not too far from the airport and Alona Beach. You can see Alona Beach from the restaurant. The horse riding was pretty great and the horses are very well taken care of. I’ve traveled to so many places and stayed at so many 4-5stars hotels/ resorts, the staffs here is by far the best I’ve seen. Very friendly and attentive. Front desk is very responsive with requests. The staffs even surprise me with birthday cake. I really enjoy all the conversations I had with all the staffs at Donatela. Overall I had a great stay at the resort and felt well rested. Would 10/10 recommend and come back here.

The hotel staff helped us with all our questions and requests instantly, with car rental, with the purchase of ferry tickets, with a transfer, we felt at home, thank you very much for this! Quiet, very clean and spacious villa, loved the pool. Breakfast was good and staff was very attentive. I wanted to have some extra fruits and I received plenty. You get free rides with the tuk tuk to Alona beach and nearby places which was highly appreciated by us. Really recommend it and we would reserve again.

Everything was perfect. This place is absolutely stunning. The rooms are very well decorated and the reception and pool area are amazing. The staff was nice and organised our pick up / drop off and scooter rental. Great value for money.
