Location and the Staff were excellent. The hotel is ~15 mins walking distance to Old Town. There is a quite little park right outside the hotel that makes for a good break from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen staff were great. The breakfast spread was good - miss the green juice :-) While they don't water bottles, the people at the bar/kitchen are super nice when you ask them to fill your water bottle. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze.

1. Location was excellent 2. Breakfast was wonderful but doesn’t change every day. Also no fresh omelet counter, although not a game changer. The hotel is reasonably strict with the breakfast timing so plan accordingly.: 3. Staff were helpful 4. They gave us a room with bunk beds and the kids loved it.

The staff. My flight company lost my luggage in Amsterdam and the staff was super kind in keeping it for me until I came back. Excellent breakfast, super close to the cruise terminal. Highly recommended!
