The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean and the food is wonderfull. People are really nice, welcoming and helpfull. I lost my keys and they help me find it out. Wissem, Fathia, nour and the pretty Wiem are very nice. We had some nice talks and wiem recommanded a lot of places to me in Hammamet.

The hotel was very clean and located a bit off the main streets but close enough to walk to the shops. The pool area was quite big and had plenty of chairs. There is also an indoor pool. The beach is very accessible (right down the stairs) and is kept very clean by the staff. The room I stayed in had a beautiful ocean view and a large balcony. It was also quite large with several chairs to relax. The staff was amazing. Everyone I spoke to, or needed assistance from, was pleasant and very accommodating. Lastly, I'd like to say a special thank you to Rym.She was at the main reception and was there for me every day to help me out and make my trip more enjoyable. I had an unfortunate instance with a double booked tour. Although it took Rym some time to resolve the issue, she took care of the whole thing without any issues. All in all a great stay!

The staff are extremely friendly, they speak English. The cleaning ladies are super nice and on my daughter's birthday they covered her bed with flowers and arranged the sheets into a mosaic as well as placing her cards around the flowers. There is a lovely rooftop pool which gives you a view of the town and has not been busy throughout our stay. We like it so much here that we have booked an additional 4 nights.
