Luxury spa/hot spring experience. In room tub/hot spring experience. Extensively stocked complimentary n refillable minibar. Great concierge service,all very attentive n super helpful, helped take pictures patiently when requested :) . Spa / hot spring attendents were checking water temperature extensively. Iced evian water in spa was so refreshing after the hot spring pools. The 2 types of mineral pools plus ice plunge n jacuzzi really awesome.

We managed to get the room at a discount due to last minute booking. Room was clean and grand and in-room onsen bath was perfect. Welcome treats were nice and fancy. Only there for one night, hotpot restaurant and onsen available and location of hotel at top of stairs meant we didn’t end up leaving the hotel until checkout.

we had a bathtub in the room hot and cold. they are so nice ! the hotel also have public onsen we really enjoy it. hot spring onsen is so luxury which is together with steam sauna rooms. room service was warm hospitality and help to make up the room even late afternoon. very impressed

The vibe, the decoration of the room. I could check in early and did not even had to asked the staff: they offered it straight away. The spa facility in the building was great. If I return to Taipei I will stay there 100%

Spacious room with complimentary snacks and drinks. The breakfast was great and tasty with lots of choices. The gym and spa was free to access to all hotel guests. The location was very ideal as it was located near the airport mrt and there were lots of local food stalls at evening so you could never be hungry there.
