Everything there is superb. we enjoyed a lot there. the Onsen was outstanding. we've tried two restaurants there, all of them were fascinating. The food, the mood, the staff...I was very happy to stay there.

Practically everything was fabulous: the service at the front desk when checking-in and checking-out, the gym/sauna (too bad the pool wasn't available--they said till the end of June), the well-equipped & super comfy room (with more than enough space), the SUPER-fantastic breakfast with almost anything we wanted to have (they knew how to manage the big clientelle well; I adored their freshly-made blueberry danish, cooked bacons, smoked salmon + veggie drinks/yoghurt; my friend enjoyed all the noodle dishes--with fresh chillies), and good location (a few blocks from MRT station & bus stops are almost right in front; not far from a night market--forgotten its name). I also liked the hollow middle part of the hotel, reminding us of a good cruise ship. Finally, we must mentioned two names (among others) at Brilliant Restaurant whose service and hospitality was really great: William and David. BIG THANKS, hotel staff, for making our stay the best.

A fantastic choice for my parents’ birthday celebration! They had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The food was consistently excellent, and the breakfast was a highlight of their mornings. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make them feel welcomed. The room was comfortable and the overall experience was relaxing.
