The room is spacious, well furnished with armchairs, a bay window seat with a beautiful view to the city, and Taipei 101! Two big windows overlooking the city with morning sunlight streaming in, how fantastic is that! The beds are big and comfortable - good night sleep! Hotel staff in general are good, some are better than others! A big shout out is reserved tor Sarah, who was on lifeguard duty on our last night at the rooftop pool. She went above and beyond to make my family feel special ! Thanks!

The bed and pillows were super comfortable and everything was brand new!!! Loved the stand alone bathtub so much. And the buffet breakfast was amazing too.

Practically everything was fabulous: the service at the front desk when checking-in and checking-out, the gym/sauna (too bad the pool wasn't available--they said till the end of June), the well-equipped & super comfy room (with more than enough space), the SUPER-fantastic breakfast with almost anything we wanted to have (they knew how to manage the big clientelle well; I adored their freshly-made blueberry danish, cooked bacons, smoked salmon + veggie drinks/yoghurt; my friend enjoyed all the noodle dishes--with fresh chillies), and good location (a few blocks from MRT station & bus stops are almost right in front; not far from a night market--forgotten its name). I also liked the hollow middle part of the hotel, reminding us of a good cruise ship. Finally, we must mentioned two names (among others) at Brilliant Restaurant whose service and hospitality was really great: William and David. BIG THANKS, hotel staff, for making our stay the best.

Location, location, location. It's right across street from Taipei 101, which has shopping and restaurants galore. I was given a corner King size unit with seperate sitting area and Taipei 101 view. It's very spacious. The breakfast and dinners were both excellent. The most important thing is that due to its international clientele, it has an ATM connected with PLUS system so I could withdraw local currency with my US debit card. The staff was courtious. I left my debit card inside the ATM one day. They called the bank that owns the ATM and I got my card back by day-end.
