What an amazing hotel! We just went for an hotel near the airport but what a pleasant surprise! The staff, customers, hotelroom, what an unexpected experience. Bed super comfy, new advanced technology in the rooms.

Spacious rooms with modern amenities. Very very clean resort, everything was immaculate. The staff were fantastic and super helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was exceptional. Capa restaurant is fantastic. Very good facilities for kids without feeling like a kids resort. You could easily enjoy this as a couple without kids. Didn't feel too busy which was nice - plenty of room to spread out. Quite possibly the best hotel I've stayed at, ever!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and always friendly. The room was cleaned every two days. Facilities inside the room were great, from the fitted kitchen with everything you might need, to the washing machine and dryer. The apartment was roomy and each of the two bedrooms had a large bathroom. The two pools were large, clean and both had lifeguards. There were loads of chairs and loungers. Activities were ongoing all day.

Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center features 2 outdoor pools and offers guests a free shuttle service to Disney World, just 1.6 km away. The property features gardens and a spa.

The house exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly like the photos – spotless and very well maintained. All the rooms were excellent, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was a highlight – amazing, clean, and with a breathtaking view of the golf course. Every detail made our stay even more special. We can’t wait to come back! We loved it!
