This is a brand new, modern hotel. It is situated on a small quiet street a few minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. Its location is unbeatable. Easy and safe to walk around and to all sights of interest. The room is comfortable - big, spacious, impeccably clean and equiped with all necessary facilities. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of dishes, drinks, fruits to every taste and cuisine. I enjoyed the afternoon tea, which was very relaxing. The views from the breakfast room and from the rooftop bar over Hoan Kiem Lake are breathtaking. But the most precious possession of the hotel is its staff. All employees - from the front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, sky bar - do wonderful job. Their service is exceptional. They are extremely friendly, caring and polite. I am impressed by their hospitality and desire to be helpful. They are good professionals, always responsive to our questions. Le Premier Hotel and Rooftop Bar is an excellent choice. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is a marvellous place and I will stay here if I visit Hanoi again.

The Staff were all extremely kind, friendly, helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to help us, and even invited us to watch the TET fireworks together from the top floor restaurant. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Great value for money in the heart of the Old Quarter! Dinh Lee and his staff are fabulous, polite and were able to fulfil our every request. Dinh Lee organised our itinerary for two weeks in North Vietnam including Ha Giang Loop tour, Sa Pa, Halong Bay Cruise and all the transfers in between and I had no worries everything was seamless! Dinh Lee had a good read on what level of cost and luxury his guests are seeking from there requests and provides suitable options for tours and transfers accordingly.

The staff is great, specially Lisa and Michael, they treated us very politely, giving us tips about the city. They even gave us a gift for being our honeymoon, they were wonderful. The breakfast of the hotel is very complete and delicious.

Staff was very welcoming and even had a small map ready with areas of interest highlighted to help us based on what we would like to explore in Hanoi.
