Great room with little surprises every day (cakes, wine) a great welcome and perfect service. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful at all times. big thanks goes to Luna .She made our holiday perfect. Thank you for that. The location is great. It's a 15-minute bike ride (free) to the beach and the city. The location is absolutely fine. breakfast with a large selection. We can highly recommend the hotel.

AustriaThe staff at this hotel was incredible! Everyone was so friendly, very obliging and super professional.
The rooms are clean, well equipped and the bed is really comfortable.
The breakfast buffet is very big with a lot of different options.
I alsway want to point out the Spa. I had a vietnamese massage, foot massage and facial done by Dao. She was amazing and the whole session (120 minutes) was really relaxing and pleasant.
I actually extended my 2 night stay to 5 nights in total - so that says everything i guess:)

The big was big and comfortable. The bathtub adds a note of luxury and leisure. The breakfast was good, quite diverse, combining Asian foods with the western ones.
