Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. This brand new hotel, to my opinion, has the best location amongst all of the other hotels in Plovdiv. Easy and quick access to all tourist attractions in Plovdiv, like the Old town, “Saxat Tepe”, pedestrian area…Plenty of car park space under the hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. Special thanks Bayazidi and Veselina. Clean, modern and quiet rooms. Delicious breakfast with many choices! Definitely the only hotel that we would stay in our next visit.

The hotel also features a Wellness Center, offering a variety of massages and face and body treatments. For an additional fee, guests can access the Finnish sauna and the VIP area, which includes a jacuzzi, a steam bath, an infrared sauna, and a relaxation zone. The room was of adequate size and endowed with all the necessary facilities. Some facilities were pleasing like the music in the bathroom. The view from the balcony was very nice. The air conditioning was not oriented towards the bed, so we could let it function at low ventilation during the night. The access to the outdoor pool and the breakfast were included in the price. The breakfast buffet contained a large range of food and drinks. The hotel is not in the city centre, but the receptionist called a taxi for us, and we were at the tourist objectives within minutes. Also, when returning, we took the first taxi, and the taxi driver knew the name and the location of the hotel.

Situated in the annex building, the spa centre invites you to relax in the hot tub, sauna, steam bath or treat yourself to the massage or the special beauty procedure, including wine therapy treatments. Its one of the best hotels and spas i have been. All service was great!

Excellent value for money. Pools outside and inside were great for relaxing, room very comfortable, kids animation marvelous and food both for breakfast and especially dinner was delicious.

Booked this hotel for my parents and they had a wonderful stay. Excellent hospitality, top-notch service, great facilities, and delicious food. They loved every moment—highly recommend!

The room facility was great, the staff were amazing and very fast responding..answered every call and request very quick. Special thanks to Damitarov and the bar tender and 2 other guys from the reception, and the girl also that worked night shifts.

The gym, table tennis and a relaxation centre with hot tub, steam bath and sauna are available free of charge. Horseback riding is possible in the open and also in a roofed area and is a subject to a surcharge.
