The hotel has a terrace and views of the pool, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was perfect for our family. The apartment was spacious and clean with a wonderful sea view. We also really liked the proximity (a two-minute walk) to the beach and the hotel's pool.

Wellness facilities including steam bath, Finnish sauna and infrared sauna are available for free. Room was big, very clean and cozy. Hotel is near main street and center of island. Large balconies with a chair and a table, with a slight view of the sea. Every day, the hotel serves two portions of coffee in a special machine and a bottle of mineral water.

Featuring a balcony with pool views, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden, Sweet Homes Apartments can be found in Sunny Beach, close to Sunny Beach and 500 metres from Action AquaPark. With garden views, this accommodation offers a patio. The apartment provides mountain views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. We were at Sweet Homes 3, as we requested at reservation. It is located around 800m from the coast and, in contrast to the hotel, its nearest town surrounding is not too pretty. However, the hotel itself is really an amazing object with very nice & polite service (best to communicate in Bulgarian or Russian languages). Apartment was beautiful, clean and available for us even before the regular check-in hour. It was equipped with air-conditioner (only in living room), 2 TVs (1 in bedroom), fridge, electric stove and a set of pots, dishes & cutlery (no microwave, toaster or oven). Bathroom has a shower cabin, WC, sink & washing machine (no bidet). Bedroom bed was large and quite comfortable (very soft mattresses), the pull-out couch in the living room was nice but too short for grownups - our kids liked it though :) On the balcony, reachable from both rooms, there was a small table, 2 chairs & a foldable clothing dryer. Outdoor swimming pool (illuminated in evenings) is large, equipped with jacuzzi streams and divided in 3 sections with different depths. It is surrounded with many useful facilities: shower, plenty various sunbeds with umbrellas, benches, tables with chairs, playground, grill area and more. Everything well maintained and covered with flowers. Sweet Homes 3 is a pearl of Sunny Beach :)

For season 2025 the hotel will offer a higher level of All Inclusive meal plan /Premium/ which will include extra snack show cooking next to the swimming pool and extra choice of imported alcoholic drinks. As an all-inclusive resort, it was perfect. The food was well-balanced and offered a variety of options. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your stay without being pressured into activities you didn’t want to do. It was private, clean, and provided an overall great experience. The staff was exceptional, and the animators for the kids deserve special praise as well.

A spa centre with a hammam, as well as a fitness centre and massage services are at guests disposal at a surcharge. Amazing location, just next to the beach! Great food, quite a variety. The food changed every day having different thematics i.e. Italian Night., Chinese Night... The apartment we rented had a balcony overseeing the sea, and the rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. The staff were extra helpful, and they responded promptly to all our requests. We received a complementary cake and shampagne to celebrate an important event for us. We loved all the outdoor activities organised for adults and children.
