The hotel was very well located for the lake and the rail station. I used the jacuzzi but did not get a chance to use the gym. I used the restaurant which was seriously good, I ordered the lamb chops. The staff were very smart and professional.

Like the smell of amenities and whole ambiance of the hotel. You feel home at La Reserve accomodations. Now I do not know which is my favourite: paris , Zurich of Geneve. They all so different, love them all.

On the other hand, guests feel instantly at home, thanks to the warm and attentive staff, which includes Switzerland's only female chief concierge. Everything was amazing. Beautifully decorated for Christmas (truly magical), clean, amazing, top notch and helpful staff. Food was delicious in all of the restaurants (we tried them all).
