I loved everything about this property, we had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel , I knew that we booked a 5-star hotel but I was not sure expecting this outstanding experience in regards to the kindness and welcoming manners of the staff , cleanliness of the apartment , the vast of space of the apartment and how cozy the hotel was during this autumn/ early winter time. This by far , and I am a well-travelled person, is the best hotel / resort experience I ever had in my life.

The hotel offers an indoor pool, a tennis court, 3 restaurants, and free WiFi. We absolutely loved everything about our stay: the staff were so friendly and attentive, the views were gorgeous, the room was magnificent, the beds comfortable, and the spa was clean and quiet, with the massages so great and relaxing. We also loved the breakfast spread. It’s a nice stroll into town and the hotel is in a quiet area. Perfect for a getaway and melt away the stress! I definitely want to return and if you have any second thoughts about booking, just do it 😊

Mediterranean Restaurant "La Favola" with panoramic terrace and exclusive Japanese Restaurant Tsukimi Tei with Live cooking and Teppanyaki specialties. A great hotel with a classy feel. Location was great to enjoy the view of Lugano and right next to the Funicular and buses. Pool was very nice with good hours, indoor and heated. Staff were very porfesisonal, friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
