All rooms in the ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa have a balcony with mountain views and the south-facing rooms offer Matterhorn views. They all come with a kitchenette. Breakfast is served every morning.

The heated brine swimming pool (34°C), the steam bath and the sauna are perfect places to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. The hotel was great , very traditional and comfortable décor . it was actually better than expected as the photos don't really do it justice , especially the pool etc . we had a great view of Zermatt from our 3rd floor balcony . breakfast was also great .

WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . Facilities are beyond our expectation. We can see Matterhorn from our hotel room.

Free WiFi is available in all areas. Clean, neat, bed is really comfy and close to everywhere. The receptionist gave us surprise by upgrading our room.

So happily helpful, kind, knowledgeable and love their jobs. The property is stunning. Every detail is more than expected. Excellent food, convenient to the gondola, the room is clean and very comfortable, the bathroom is incredible! Even the toilet is amazing!

There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Guests have access to spa facilities, wellness packages and can also attend fitness classes. Right beside Bains de saillon! The apartment is lovely! Michel, the host was super friendly and kind and made the experience just wonderful. Made us feel very welcome!

The accommodation provides ski storage space, as well as a fitness centre and an open-air bath. The apartment features an indoor pool, hammam and a lift. A complimentary taxi was arranged to pick us up (and take us back on departure as well), then we were greeted warmly at the hotel and shown the beautiful spa and facility on arrival. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They even called us to offer to bring us breakfast one morning we all overstepped and almost missed breakfast (which by the way is amazing). The spa is icing on the cake after skiing…with very relaxing massages they arranged for us. It is great value for luxury!!! We would definitely return.
