We spent the days in the family house that is really very confortable. We could admire the the beauty of the Arenal Volcano, enjoy multiple trails, is fascinating.

Everyone made sure we felt welcome every step of the way and were even able to accommodate our dietary restrictions. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. The pictures don’t do it justice (the rooms are actually nicer than depicted on some of the photos!). They made our stay extra special by bringing treats to celebrate my mom’s birthday and Mother’s Day. We so much appreciate all the kindness and these sweet little gestures.

The hotel’s Los Lagos Spa & Resort Thermal Experience features gourmet, tropical dishes made with local produce. You can also enjoy a cocktail at the relaxing swim-up Lemnos Wet Bar by the seasonal outdoor pool. Great place with plenty to do! We were a group of 7 and the facilities gave us space to be together and also relax separately. The hot springs, drinks, and pool slide were the highlights, while two of the group loved the Zipline. Breakfast and service were excellent, and check-in and parking were smooth.

Featuring mountain views, Wellness Park CR features accommodation with patio, around 22 km from La Fortuna Waterfall. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. The holiday home also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. What a wonderful surprise! The park is much larger than you would think and has so much to explore and do. Very impressive place. Very relaxing. The rooms are a generous size with comfortable beds. The property is big with lots to see. Since it’s not a place with a lot of rooms, it feels very private and quiet. The family of gentlemen that manage and run the place were great with communication and helping find guides for tours and even getting a birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday that happened while we were staying there. Fantastic place. Great communication. Terrific team of people managing and helping. This would also be a great place for a small group retreat or family trip. It’s close to Arenal and La Fortuna without the crowds, hustle and bustle of those areas.

Located in Fortuna, 4.1 km from La Fortuna Waterfall and 6.3 km from Kalambu Hot Springs, Hotel Boutique Casa Del Rio provides accommodation with free WiFi, a garden with an outdoor swimming pool, pool views, and access to a fitness room and a hot tub. The hotel was lovely. Our room was stand-alone, with a private terrace and jacuzzi. Everything was very clean, and the reception and restaurant staff friendly and helpful. We frequently walked to the centre which took about 20 minutes.

This is the best resort i have stayed for the past few years and i travel extensively. Staffs are very kind and sincere, not overwelming for an introvert. My dome is very beautifully designed, spotless inside and out. Not to mention their holistic approach on the whole syntropic farm, three meals at the restaurant are farm to table. I saw sloths! toucans! on so many hikes by myself and with guides. All informative hikes.

The mattresses are made of memory foam material and covered by 400 thread count linen. Really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and different options. Location was quiet yet only a couple blocks walking distance from main square. Staff were amazing, very thoughtful and kind. Went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable. We felt very welcome as soon as we arrived. Gardens were beautiful. View of the volcano was great when not clouded over. One of the best hotel experiences we have had on our month long trip around Costa Rica so far.
