Mohamed Abu Elfotouh the outlet manager is the most dedicated, professional and excellent I have ever seen. He is so present and observant of all his team. He creates wonderful communication with all customers and makes everyone happy. We definitely going again and highly recommend for everyone.

It was the first time that a hotel had brought a basket of fruit to the room in the evening. The hotel is well located in a shopping centre and offers an excellent breakfast with a variety of food. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. For me, it was an excellent choice.
