The Bath House spa offers a relaxation pool, an additional relaxation pool with massage jets, a sauna with salt therapy treatments, and a steam room. Wonderful hotel right in the centre of Bath's Royal Crescent. The staff were perfect, helpful and attentive. Many small details marked the stay, which shows the quality of the establishment (magnificent building, splendid interior). The room we stayed in (we had an upgrade) was on the back side of the hotel and had its own little terrace; it was very large with a bedroom area, a ‘sitting’ room, a very large bathroom and an entrance hall. We had no direct neighbours, so the room was very, very quiet. The breakfast was excellent (small buffet, and menu offering different types from full English to eggs benedict, and a vegetarian menu). The spa was very pleasant (too bad the sauna wasn't working, but the hammam, bubble bath and swimming pool were). We went there often and there were never more than 5 of us in the spa. We had also booked a treatment (‘work it out’ massage), which was absolutely brilliant (many thanks to Meg)!

It was warm and homely, with comfortable beds. Lovely personal touches everywhere, lots of clean fluffy towels and a very well-equipped kitchen. Everything had been thought of and we received a lovely welcome from Sandrine. The location is excellent, being so close to shops, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. Would highly recommend for a party of friends or large family get together.

There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment has family rooms. The Apartment was amazing, beyond our expectations. Very large easily suit a family or couple like us. Everything you could possibly need. Location good. Parking tricky but we managed as it was free. Bed comfy, clean, communication was brilliant, explained checking in and out very well. Decore very tastful. We spent 4 nights and thoughly enjoyed our stay.

L'Occitane beauty treatments are also available by appointment. Beautiful hotel, with lots of character. Lovely gardens, pool and spa, and common areas full of artwork and authentic decor. Staff was amazing and rooms were very spacious and comfortable.
