The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond! From the doorman to the check-in lady, everyone was exceptional. The hotel itself is modern and perfect, with beautiful art throughout. The cleaning staff were friendly, and the bar area staff were amazing. We were particularly impressed with the luggage handling - our bags were dropped off in our rooms before check-in, and two gentlemen helped us with our luggage to the car for our Uber. The hotel room was modern, the bathroom was clean and lovely, and the staff were always willing to go the extra mile to sort out any issues. Overall, our experience was exceptional in every way.

Retaining many of the warehouse’s original features including exposed brickwork and vaulted ceilings, the spacious rooms at the Titanic Hotel are air-conditioned and have a flat-screen TV with Sky Sports Channels and seating area. Each includes tea/coffee making facilities including a coffee machine, Egyptian cotton bedding and an en-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries. Everything was perfect, what a great atmosphere.

It features an exquisite restaurant and serves cocktails until late at the highest bar in London. Beautiful room,fantastic view. One of the best I have had in 50 years of travelling.

Everything was just perfect from beginning to end - the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was well appointed, thoughtfully furnished and supremely comfortable, the bed was uber comfy and the food was lovely in all the restaurants.
