The room was very clean, with a modern design and super comfortable beds — we slept so well! The breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of tasty options to choose from. Overall, it was a great experience and I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Chania.

I loved everything about this hotel. At first sight - we just thought that everything was beautiful and clean. But then we realized that this hotel really cares about their guests and the service is really out of this world. Chris, that was in the reception majority of the time that we stayed there, always aimed for us to have the best time even though it rained while we stayed in the hotel for a majority of our visit. She and her colleagues always greeted us with smiles, giving us tips about where to go and how to get to those places. I know that it doesn’t sound like it’s anything more than ”regular” service, but when you meet people that treat you so good as they treated us in a 5-star hotel (and mind you - that doesn’t happen often since we mainly stay at 5-star hotels) then you appreciate the whole trip in a complete other way. Also, me and my boyfriend have worked within hospitality and service during the majority of our careers and we know that good service takes energy and commitment. If the manager of this hotel sees this review - please tell everybody on your team how great they are! Because we will be back in the fall again (booked another visit day 2 of our stay). And (!) not to forget to mention the spa. I got a treatment from Maria Hanaroli down at the spa and it was amazing! If you stay at the hotel make sure to get a treatment with her to make your trip even more luxurious.

Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Guests can make use of a garden. Everything was excellent. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The food at the restaurants was very good. The spa was professional and relaxing. The atmosphere is catered towards relaxation and it thoroughly delivers. Overall I had an excellent stay and will definitely return next summer.

Toiletries and bed linen are provided for your care.

Use of the gym is free, while there is a small spa-wellness centre with a spa bath and massage service. The use of the spa is by appointment and at extra charge. Our room was upgraded for free to a superior room on the 4th floor. The hotel is very clean, the bed very comfy. The breakfast is excellent with many homemade fresh options. Highly recommended

Younger guests can have fun at the 3 children’s pool, at the playground or participate in the games that the animation team organizes. This hotel is located in a nice place, next to the sea, wonderful and unforgettable slides, great view of the sea, very tasty food, nice swimming pools, clean. The staff were very helpful, nice and smiling, at the end of the stay - there was a gift in the form of a bottle of olive oil, this happened to us for the first time - we travel a lot - this was a big plus. All the staff were nice. A very, very good four-star hotel - almost five-star hotel - I recommend it.

There are also a sauna and a hammam. Children enjoy their own pools, game rooms and playground. There is a baby room with toys and a kids’ club and a teenagers’ club are at disposal of younger guests, with daily activities planned for them. The food was amazing and the property is really beautiful with tones of different restaurants and pools.
