Staff are very welcoming especially Stefano and Katerina in the reception. They are hospitable and happy to help and gave many information needed. Stayed at Orama for 4 nights and had booked a superior double room but were delighted when we arrived to be told we had been upgraded. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is only about 10 minutes walk into fira’s city centre. An extra bonus was the included buffet breakfast, that it was great . The staff were very helpful and pleasent and always smiling. Great facilities , three swimming pools ,one for kids. I would definitely return to Orama!

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options can also be requested. The facilities were amazing. Lots of pools, all very well mantained. Pool at the bar was amazing, staff was very friendly. Food was amazing, every night it was a different thematic. Overall good value for money.

With a garden, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The hotel features an indoor pool, spa centre and a 24-hour front desk. I loved everything about this hotel. At first sight - we just thought that everything was beautiful and clean. But then we realized that this hotel really cares about their guests and the service is really out of this world. Chris, that was in the reception majority of the time that we stayed there, always aimed for us to have the best time even though it rained while we stayed in the hotel for a majority of our visit. She and her colleagues always greeted us with smiles, giving us tips about where to go and how to get to those places. I know that it doesn’t sound like it’s anything more than ”regular” service, but when you meet people that treat you so good as they treated us in a 5-star hotel (and mind you - that doesn’t happen often since we mainly stay at 5-star hotels) then you appreciate the whole trip in a complete other way. Also, me and my boyfriend have worked within hospitality and service during the majority of our careers and we know that good service takes energy and commitment. If the manager of this hotel sees this review - please tell everybody on your team how great they are! Because we will be back in the fall again (booked another visit day 2 of our stay). And (!) not to forget to mention the spa. I got a treatment from Maria Hanaroli down at the spa and it was amazing! If you stay at the hotel make sure to get a treatment with her to make your trip even more luxurious.
