From the rooftop breakfast to the friendly staff, from the beautiful views to the spotlessly clean interior. It was fantastic and we'd like to come again!

Offering a bar, the property is located within 8.1 km of Archaeological Museum of Rethymno. The hotel features an indoor pool, sauna, evening entertainment and room service. The staff, hospitality, food and atmosphere were exceptional. Spa facilities and services provided, massages, were outstanding. The food buffet had everything you could imagine and more. Your every need was attended to as a guest from the moment you arrived, how you were greeted and welcomed until the time you departed. 10 out of 10 service!

The accommodation features a shared lounge, a concierge service and luggage storage for guests. The food was delicious. There were variety of different types of food including seafood. The location is perfect, you are surrounded by the mountains and the sea. The water park is great and we had a lot of fun there (both adults). The staff was awesome, very pleasant (but not too much as typically in Turkey for example) and always ready to listen to you. We had an excellent experience with the coupe massage and so far it was the best massage ever!

A spa area including a sauna, steam bath, hot tub and massage room is available and its facilities can be used at an extra charge. Sun loungers are offered at the terrace by the pool. Other facilities include water sports facilities, a shared lounge and luggage storage. Sun loungers and umbrellas are featured on the beach, at extra charge. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Beginning with the most welcoming check in procedure (thank you Yannis!) over the huge bed with two differently firm pillows to choose from right through to breakfast where we got freshly squeezed orange juice served at the table as a surprise. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and had the most amazing view of the sea. The hotel's location is very convenient as it is directly at the beach. Multiple supermarkets and other shops are in the direct vicinity.

Guests have the option of a buffet breakfast including Cretan delicacies. Later, they can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant. A snack bar and room service are also available. Agreco Farm, 3 km away, is set amidst olive trees and vineyards, and offers unique culinary experiences with organic produce.

Massages can be arranged at the spa centre of the neighbouring property, which also features a sauna. A private beach area and a table tennis are equally found in the premises. Hospitality Mr Alexander in the restaurant is wonderful man made our experience great

The room was very comfortable as was the whole hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was very authentic staying in the renovated accomodation which had maintained it's original character. Plenty of good eating options.
