The staff are extraordinary, going above and beyond for everything we needed. In a challenging time, they were calm, supportive and in control on all aspects. They made sure we were safe while still enjoying our holiday, and assisting us when we needed to leave.

The new POLI URBAN hotel is 200 metres from the public beach on Tel Aviv’s sea front, and a 20-minute drive from Ben-Gurion Airport. Rooms have free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. It was extremely good, everything was ok, staff very helpful
