Our room was large and extremely comfortable with beautiful views towards the snow capped Himalayas. New Year’s gala dinner event was fun with attentive service, good food and wines (and many other drinks!) and an excellent live band. All meals were very good with a choice of places to sit which gives variety.

Guests can work-out at the fully equipped fitness centre or relax with a massage at the full service Oberoi Spa. It also has a billiards room and an activity centre for children. 24-hour room and laundry service is available. Staff were extremely courteous. Probably the best model of customer service one can ask for. Not a time goes by when the staff are not attending to your every need. This type of service and values this hotel upkeep is beyond excellence. Our kids had great fun at the activity Centre and interacting with the hotel staff. We adults had a great time with the ambience and even warmer courtesy extended by the staff in every aspect of our stay.
