The hotel was awarded 2012 Trip advisor certificate of excellence. This was, simply, the best travel experience I have had at a hotel. It exceeded other 5 star properties I’ve visited at every turn. The staff were incredibly efficient, friendly, and relaxed. Especially nice touches: front desk staff accompany you to your room at check-in and complete documents there, for comfort, and give an overview of your room. The room was luxurious without being cavernous, amenities generous, excellent minibar options, and very comfortable robes. The 1911 restaurant was a welcome respite and served wonderful Continental and Indian dishes. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully orchestrated. The hotel bookstore was a precious and well-curated little gem. The concierge was unfailingly helpful and the spa was like a dream to escape the New Delhi smog. The hotel’s art collection was of real interest and the overall vibe was delightful.

The hotel also offers the city’s only rooftop temperature-controlled swimming pool with panoramic views of the Capital’s skyline. Attention to detail, elegance, outstanding service that made me feel very special.

The staff were very friendly, the food great and the room very comfy. A wonderful treat to stay here before departure from India.

The salon boasts of private treatment rooms, a gentleman’s barbering section and is outfitted with the most modern equipment and world-class beauty brands. The Taj is fabulous. We loved every thing. I’ve stayed in a Taj Club suite. The Club lounge cocktails hour was a delight. Afternoon tea was delicious and the breakfasts were great. The service was second to none.

An indoor play area is also available at Jaipur The Lodge B&B, while guests can also relax in the garden. 1. I like the spacious and comfortable room with nice bedding (the pictures shown here were exactly in the actual). 2. The heater was such a life saver during our stay in cold times, and it came as a free of charge. 3. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, they changed our room so we could have a better Wi-Fi connection. 4. Bottled water was free of charge and we can ask anytime we want. 5. The location is in the prime of Pink City with all easy access like food, medications, and other stuff.

The room was beautifully designed and kept exceptionally clean, and the hotel amenities were excellent. However, the Taj Amer stands out from other five-star hotels due to the staff dedicated to providing a personalised experience for their guests. For my birthday, they not only framed a picture of my partner and me to mark the occasion, but they helped my partner orchestrate a heartwarming surprise that exceeded both our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to Shashthavi, Priyanshi, Kunal, and Shahi for making our stay so incredibly special. We hope to return to the Taj Amer during our next visit to Jaipur!
