- the hotel has a nice wellness area: we liked the heated changing room and relaxation room with electric fire. - free coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the breakfast area - breakfast was ok, but can do with some hot items

The cottage is located in a very quite area, it’s very spacious and well equipped. You can relax in the hot tube with very nice view, it’s great after a long way and before the next intensive day. We stayed there for one night, before our trip to Western Fiords. It was a great stop!

A very nice, clean and spacious room, with a beautiful view - overlooking a lake/sea. All rooms could use a private Jacuzzi and a small sauna room that was at the back yard of the hotel! The hotel is just outside Borgarnes with lot of space for parking. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff very friendly - I regret not having time to enjoy more the room!

Really lovely hotel. The owner was super nice and served us food even though the kitchen had just closed for the evening. The views from the back "garden" are amazing, and the hot tub and sauna available are perfect to relax in after a long day of travelling. The room itself had everything we needed. I would definitely come back :)

Amazing hot tubs and sauna, comfortable beds, plenty of space in a room. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Simply great.

Easy late check-in. Good breakfast, we had a very friendly lady who did the reception and the breakfast. Room was spacious and comfy. The hotel has some facilities like a sauna and a hot tub. The location is a good starting point for exploring the Snaefellsnes Peninsula. We could have stayed longer if we weren’t just passing through.

This place is spectacular. From the location to the facilities and staff everything was luxury. I made a mistake with my Icelandic, got the word for anniversary wrong and mentioned honeymoon instead - was greeted with a very nice detail from the staff. The two nights here were amazing, the room was spacious with a great view, breakfast was plentiful and could even use the outdoors hot tub which uses hot spring water. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and wish I come back many more times. Thanks for everything!!

Comfortable clean and spacious rooms, lovely breakfast, outdoor hot tubs and sauna. Loved relaxing in the lounge area. On-site restaurant is nice, although menu is limited. Evening staff was very welcoming.
