The house itself is very spacious and excellently equipped with everything we needed, including for traveling with a baby. It felt like a real home away from home. Our hosts were very kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for questions or tips. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-connected base in Tuscany. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Attention to detail was excellent, as was the decor. Unusual design with many attractive features. Colour combinations were very toned and original. Very state of the art heating and air conditioning system. Helpful and friendly owner welcomed us, very capable and fun. The garden was colourful with plants and flowers and comfortable chairs. Ideal for an hour to read or sit in the sun after visiting the local medieval villages nearby. The location in the village with it's many small shops and restaurants was new for us. Interesting to look out the window at the village coming to life in the morning. Breakfast was eaten in the restaurant next door with Francesco, the owner, acting as waiter. His smile and enthusiasm made a good start to the day and his freshly baked croissant and home made jam were very good, Coffee was great too! We would definitely think to return not only for the comfort and great ambience in Nobilia Dimore but also for the pretty countryside with open spaces and trails through the hills.

When we had trouble navigating the streets to their location, Sonja came and picked us up at the municipal plaza, and one of her staff members parked our car in a more accessible parking lot. Although the staff did not speak English (Sonja does) they ministered to our every need using Google translate. The B&B is beautifully decorated with all modern features.

Stia is a lovely small town with many things to discover and perfectly nested away from the large tourists center. One of the best ever vacation we ever had !

The staff made us feel welcome right away, taking care of every detail. They gave us a personal tour of the property and showed us to our room, which was stunning – beautifully designed, thoughtfully equipped, and of the highest standard. We also had a tour of the indoor pool area, which is absolutely beautiful. The pool and sauna are available by reservation, so each couple gets their own private time to enjoy it, which made the experience feel even more special and intimate. The team at Cuprena is simply amazing – warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in making your stay perfect. They really get to know you and provide a personal touch that you rarely find elsewhere. There is so much more I could say, but words really can’t fully describe how wonderful our stay was. Highly recommended!
