You can tell they truly love what they do and want their guests to have the best experience on the island. Breakfast is included and always had delicious cakes and pastries along with made to order omelettes. They were always there to answer any questions we have and were also super helpful with booking activities for us like a boat day. They even picked us up at the port AND dropped us off when we were leaving. We will definitely be back again! Thanks for everything! Also one thing to note: when looking for the hotel on google maps, the name of the hotel is actually Hotel Ideal in Forio* My sister got dropped off at the wrong hotel when she first arrived so make sure to search it under Hotel Ideal

The host was super helpful and very responsive on WhatsApp. The host helped us book a taxi to go back to the airport. While we were exploring the city, the whole room got cleaned, all of our clothes were folded, and the whole bathroom got cleaned. They really pay attention to cleanliness. Our room got upgraded to Bellavista room, which had an awesome view to Vesuvius and also the hill above Naples. I would recommend Belavista apartment to anyone.

We arrived by ferry and easily walked to the property—very convenient and easy to find. The host provided detailed instructions, which made the self-check-in process smooth and stress-free. The location was excellent: we could walk to the historic center, and also to a nearby bus stop to catch our bus to the airport. The apartment was clean, and exactly what we needed. It did have an elevator, which was convenient since this was in the 6th floor. We would definitely recommend this place!
