The best was the team, super friendly and helpful.

The Grand Hotel's private spa features a Sala Relax, which is a living room with fireplace, lounge chairs, herbal-tea corner and direct access to the outdoor thermal pool. There are also a lake-view relaxation area and a gym. Exceptional service. It’s a lot of money but the best standard of hotel and service I have ever received. Also it seems to be the only hotel with direct access to the lake which was a huge bonus.

Fantastic hotel, excellent location, facilities were superb - loved the pool, gym and roof top terrace - food was delicious with gluten free fully catered for, parking was easy and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. All questions were responded to very quickly before we arrived and the staff went above and beyond both before and during our stay to make our time at the hotel perfect. We will definitely be back!
