We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Stefan, Veronica, Elisa, Alessandro, and the entire team. Once we figured out the parking, it was convenient to take the car in and out each day. The front desk staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful as were all the other staff we encountered--the women in the breakfast area, after hours in the lounge. Breakfast was a delight with a range of local items to taste, part of the reason for traveling to have local experiences. Overall the location and convenience was just ideal.
