The hotel premises were beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere. While we didn’t try the pool, it looked inviting. The staff was helpful and quick to address issues. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and stunning natural surroundings. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so we can’t comment on that.

It was a bit out of town but the hotel offered their own tuk tuk into town. Lovely room, with excellent balcony. Exceptionally helpful staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Booked the tuk tuk to round the temples and he was excellent. Very good value and a really pleasant 4 day stay.

The swimming pool is gorgeous on the top floor with a nice bar and view over the city. The location is perfect with many shops, restaurants and spa nearby. I cannot wait to stay again there in Siem Reap!

Dairy-free, halal and kosher options can also be requested. Everything. Our stay here was amazing. We couldn’t believe how amazing this hotel was. The value for money is unbelievable. The staff that work here are so friendly and the communication between all the staff is fantastic. We changed extended our stay and changed to be in a different room to stay by the other people and all staff had been informed already and every staff member remembered us. It felt very special staying here. The food is also very impressive. My girlfriend had the flu when we were here and so we didn’t leave the hotel much but it was ok because the food was so good and the room was very comfortable. The massive bath also feels very luxurious.

The breakfast offers buffet, American or Asian options. The room was clean and smells really good. The facilities and services were really superb. We arrived very early from our check-in time but they were so accommodating and allowed us to leave our baggage while we were on tour around the city. When we got back, our room was ready with our things inside. All the staff were also very hospitable and friendly. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely be back. :)
