The service was exceptional — the staff was incredibly polite and attentive. We were quickly checked in and given a fantastic room with a stunning view. The room itself was cozy and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. We could choose from a menu, and everything was fresh and delicious. We also had the pool all to ourselves, which made the experience even more special. The sauna was fantastic and added to the relaxation. Overall, this hotel exceeded all our expectations! Everything was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend it, and we would definitely come back again!

Each air-conditioned room is individually decorated with unique frescoes, wall paintings, and original 16th-century ceilings. All rooms overlook the old town. The rooms feature a minibar, flat-screen satellite TV, and a bathroom with hairdryer. The staff were really friendly and supportive. They had an amazing hospitality by putting a welcome postcard and chocolate in our room and prepared our room for a calm and comfortable sleep. The hotel is super clean as well as the room. Bed was super comfortable and they have a small but nice and private spa with everything you need to relax.

The staff was always welcoming, especially Beatriz from the bar the make us fell really welcome, we where a big group and she always was super nice to us. The hotel is beautiful and really close to the old town.

Nice veggie dinner. My fave breakfast food in a bowl of porridge with blurberries, banana and honey. Also caprese and bread. I liked the Asian vibe, the decor, the aroma and the sounds of gentle indian chanting.
