We came to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and it was the best choice. Everything was top notch and I will definitely be back!!! Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by a very kind staff with a welcome drink, helped to carry our luggage to the room. And a compliment was waiting in the room - a cremant bottle with macaroons (very warm and nice surprise). The room is a spaceship for me as an interior designer (in a good way). It was an aesthetic delight at every turn. SPA - very quiet, peaceful with very nice staff. No pools or any other water treatments, but completely unnecessary. The massage was one of the best in my life (Seriously. I had neck pain for two weeks and a 40-minute massage completely removed it - huge thanks). Restaurant - at a very high level. Very well balanced flavors and the visual presentation of each dish is high class. You can see that the cooks have trained abroad and are highly knowledgeable! I recommend to try tuna tartare - it was something! I recommend everyone to stay here - one of the best places!

The staff went above and beyond to assist me with planning every detail from a distance, ensuring everything was perfect for the occasion. The hotel’s elegant ambiance, beautifully designed rooms, and outstanding dining experience added to the charm of the celebration. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, especially if you’re looking for a luxurious and memorable place to mark a special occasion!

Each air-conditioned room is individually decorated with unique frescoes, wall paintings, and original 16th-century ceilings. All rooms overlook the old town. The rooms feature a minibar, flat-screen satellite TV, and a bathroom with hairdryer. the hotel is beautifully maintained, oldest in the old town and historically built in 16th century. staff were welcoming and helpful, we were treated to a welcoming cocktail and provided so much information to navigate the area. there is an elevator for ease of mobility w/ heavy luggage and elder people. Daily breakfast included was delicious and served in a brick arched basement refurnished cellar that looked like an old wine cellar, truly fantastic setting. the hotel is directly central to Old Town and on the main strip where so much is happening that we felt so lucky to be positioned w/in walking distance of all we hoped to see in Vilnius. we used Bolt to travel by scooter and by taxi to outskirts of old town and beyond to Trakai castle and this was easy enough. the hotel assisted w/ shuttle transfer from airport to hotel. the rooms were clean, classically designed and comfortable, turn down service, all truly fine touches to our stay. my family and i would return to Narutis hotel in the future!!

Located in the middle of the old town you could not get anymore central than this. Staff were really helpful and responsive too through messages on booking. The open shower and huge bath were amazing too very zen, would recommend this property to anybody visiting Vilnius.
