We had an unforgettable stay at Kandima Maldives. The service was excellent and the island was absolutely beautiful. Our villa was spacious, clean, and right by the gorgeous white-sand beach with crystal-clear water. Breakfasts were fresh and had a great variety, and dinners were delicious with beautiful settings. Our boys loved the kids’ club — it was fun, safe, and gave them lots to do while we relaxed. The resort had the perfect mix of activities and relaxation. We would love to come back!

The property features a year-round outdoor pool, fitness centre, sauna and garden. We came for our honeymoon, it was our first all inclusive experience and first time in the Maldives. We had the best time of our lives . The room was lovely and big. The beach was beautiful and the water was breathtaking. The food at the buffet restaurant was delicious and so many options. The alcohol was nice and strong and got to try some yummy cocktails. The buggy service was great especially in the heat. All the staff were amazing and kind.. Special mention to Aminda, Singhe and James who were always happy to see us and made us feel special every time. We didn't bring any cash so when we couldn't get cash on property to tip these amazing people we felt so gutted. We really appreciate all they did for us so please let them know. We hope to be back soon.

The themed nights, repeating weekly, added variety and ensured that we never felt like eating the same thing twice in a week. We want to give special thanks to Terow and Laila, who consistently provided outstanding service with such attention and kindness. Mamun and Rohit went the extra mile for us, even preparing special meals tailored to our wishes, which made our stay feel truly unique. Meeting Azee, who has been dedicated to the hotel for 26 years, was inspiring – his passion and commitment are remarkable. Shadhoon gave us an incredible insight into the underwater world and shared fascinating conversations, while Sumith helped us explore the full range of the resort’s offerings, crafted an amazing activities program, and made sure all our wishes were fulfilled. Over these 10 days, we grew very fond of everyone and saying goodbye was truly difficult. This trip will remain a very special memory for us, largely thanks to the warmth, professionalism, and heart of the entire team.

It was a wonderful family vacation, the hotel is amazing, stuff is attentive and friendly. all was very comfortable and pleasant during the whole stay ☺️

All In-Ocean villas are built apart from the island by the house reefs. Each In-ocean is 2 stories high, spacious and each has an infinity pool. All beach villas are equipped with modern amenities such as outdoor rain shower, TV, coffee & tea making facilities, electric kettle, bedroom and outdoor slippers and a bathrobe. All villas have direct access to the the ocean. Wi-fi is available throughout the island.

It was our first time traveling to Maldives, so cannot compare this hotel to others, but the whole experience was terrific! If you stay in one of the In-Ocean rooms, you are basically staying in the middle of an enormous exotic aquarium. Any time you desire, you just jump into the water and see all kinds of marine life, including turtles, stingrays, baby sharks, octopuses, and all kinds of fish! We even watched a group of dolphins swim around the reef. The room we stayed in was huge, which made us feel like we could stay in the room our entire trip without feeling the need to go out. The staff was great, but we stayed here during Ramadan, which was extra tough on them, having to fast. Also, there is a baseline difference between hospitality in the US and Maldives; having said that I think they did a decent job. The food options were good, but not particularly memorable.
