Especially the Manager Oswaldo who allowed us to switch our dates around at no extra cost while we were there so that we could visit Bacalar when the weather was windy on the coast. Everything, The architecture of the place, the incredible service, there is always someone to attend to any need, we had an inconvenience because we had a flat tire of one the bikes we rented and they were very kind not to charge us that day of rent. We appreciated it a lot. Breakfast delicious, chill environment. Perfect location because is close to the Lagoon Pier but also close to downtown and the ADO terminal, in a secure and quiet zone. We definitely recommend it and would come back 😊❤️
