I got sick (not at the hotel) after I checked out but I had left my luggage at the hotel, so I went back and the staff was very perceptive of my quandary and helped a lot. The staff at the restaurant gave me bananas even though it was not ripe yet, because I had needed the bananas badly (to restore my potassium etc as advised by the doctor), without me having to leave the restaurant. Also Sonee at the reception helped me every step of the way to be well enough to resume travel by giving me headache medicine that I needed, she also gave me water and provided me with a place I can rest and charge my phone while waiting for my airport taxi ride that she had also kindly arranged for me at no extra charge and all these even though I was already checked out. I am so grateful to the kind staff at the hotel's reception and restaurant!

The bathroom and bedroom just beautiful. Only took 40 minutes from the airport- great shuttle service

Nous avons un petit souci lors de notre 1ere nuit dans notre chambre, ils nous ont surclassé gratuitement pour nos 2 nuits restantes.

Lots of things to do at hotel, big lobby area, rooftop restaurant is perfect for view, amazing foods at restaurant. Hotel also organizes travel tour packages, we booked one.

The staff, especially Simirty at the reception, was highly professional and friendly. The Basera package at the spa, expertly done by Sarita with her healing touch, was wonderful. Sabita provided an exquisite facial with her delicate touch and expertise. Uddave was incredibly helpful and ensured my comfort throughout. Highly recommended! Also a special thanks to kitchen staff for the exceptional food as its the best tried the pesto penne was great🍝
