The property features a welcoming outdoor pool where guests may choose to enjoy a swim. Fantastic resort exceeding our expectations. The Staff were friendly and helpful. The Apartment loft room was easily the best featured and equipped we have found so far in our extended travels in the Philippines. The food was reasonably priced with a good selection of very tasty dishes and good portion sizes. The Resort is set back of the main road which makes it quiet and peaceful, the gardens and pool were very nice The Resort has some beautiful Birds which we found great to watch. The location is great close to everything Moalboal has to offer. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this delightful resort.

Laundry services and airport transfers can also be arranged at a surcharge. We had our flight cancelled and had to delay our arrival from Singapore for an entire day. I called the front desk at 3 a.m. to let the know we would be delayed. They made sure that our driver waited and pick us up at the airport. And when we arrived at the resort at 4 a.m. the next day, we were taken immediately to our room, where we spent a very restful day recharging after our ordeal. Such a quiet location, too. We loved it!

The facilities are excellent, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and relaxing — the perfect place to unwind. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The food was also a highlight, with great variety and quality. Another nice touch is that they offer different excursions at the reception, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it’s a wonderful place with outstanding value for money, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Tepanee offers massages in its new spa and a spa bath with 8 seats. Scuba diving, snorkelling and island hopping tours are also available. Guests have access to a private beach, which offers free usage of beach beds and beach umbrella. I had an awesome week in my little bungalow. The private beach to go snorkeling is perfect, and staff really take care of it. At night it is quiet and the room is spacious and airco works well. The bathroom is a good size, and the shower is great. The matras is more on the older side, but still I slept really well. There is instant coffee in the room, and the mini fridge is filled with drinks. The breakfast buffet is basic, but it has everything you would want. In general, food on the island anywhere ranges from 'meeeeeeh' to 'urgh', so I enjoyed breakfast even more. There are a lot of steps to walk up and down, which might be a challenge for some. All in all I very much enjoyed my stay! Would recommend and I would come back!
