Everything about this place met my expectations! There is plenty parking in the resort so no need to worry where to leave your car during the stay. Train station to Štrbske Pleso is nearby so we almost didn't need to move the car at all. We were very warmly welcomed with glasses of prosecco :) The rooms were very clean and spacious, towels, bathrobes and toiletries were provided. Spa area is clean and we enjoyed using it (pool, kids pool, jacuzzi, 3 saunas, relax area), also massages are available. We had breakfast and dinner included and there were plenty options to choose from for both, especially the dinner was diverse so no fear from getting bored and eating the same every day. I would especially compliment the staff, everyone is very friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful.

Other facilities like a lobby bar, wellness area with saunas, billiards, a table tennis and ski bus. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Spacious, with well equipped kitchen, big bathroom with bath and a balcony. Additionally, beautiful view for the mountains, very good location nearby both the lake and train station made the stay unique and comfortable.

4-star APLEND Wellness Hotel Borovica is set in the heart of the High Tatras in Štrbské Pleso, the highest village of the Tatra Mountains. Its guests can relax at the spa free of charge or enjoy skiing in Štrbské Pleso Ski Park 2 km away. Free WiFi is available in all hotel rooms. The location was great, calm environment, close connected with forest. Excellent restaurant and gourment dinners, very good wellness and nice friendly and willing people work there. Rooms were clean and cosy. I am looking forward to return there for my next visit. 10 out of 10!

Just 300 metres from the Jakubova lúka Ski Centre, this apartment house can be found 1 km from the centre of Starý Smokovec. It offers a self-catered accommodation with free WiFi in public areas and rooms.

The property offers also a bar, a playroom for kids and a wellness centre with a hot tub, sauna, pool and massages. Was even better, than I expected. The photos of the room do not show full picture. The room had everything we needed: cosy dining area, equiped with kitchenette, big bathroom, comfy beds. And most important for us - they allow dogs!

Free access for 1 hour to the wellness centre is available and guests can relax in a sauna, steam room or a hot tub. They can also admire a stunning view of the Velicky Valley from the spacious summer terrace. Peace and silence. Super friendly staff. Also the guests are of the type that respect nature therefore fellow hikers too.

Hotel Patria in Strbske Pleso houses a restaurant with Slovakian cuisine, a billiards room and spa area accessible free of charge including a gym, a sauna and an indoor pool. The ski slopes are 200 metres away. The hotel is renovated and all the facilities and fittings are top notch. Location is great, easy to walk out to the lake or start more challenging hikes. The breakfast was very varied and tasty. The 30 Euro buffet dinner was great value. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our window. I didn’t try the other facilities like the pool or sauna etc., but we would love to come back again.

Hotel Toliar's wellness area comprises a Finnish sauna, a steam inhalation sauna, hot tub and ice pools, is includes in price. The price comfort ratio is unbeatable. It offerrs free parking(not common around here.. and mostly you get ripped off) - delicious dinner and breakfast buffets and a decent spa. I will stay here again!

The wellness center offers relaxation pools and massage jets, a children's pool, dry sauna, steam sauna, infrared sauna, whirlpool and waterfalls, all available free of charge. The staff were friendly and the best part of the stay was the outstanding spa! 10 stars for the spa!! I will definitely visit again.

The spa centre includes a hot tub, an infrared cabin, a Finnish sauna and massage showers. All facilities are at an additional charge. Reservation of the wellness is requiered at the reception, after the check-in. We liked Everything. The staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The location is perfect! Exactly 1 min walk from the train station 😊 The kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor play areas. Private wellness was great.
