I would like to extend my special thanks to Monia from the housekeeping team, who proactively approached us to ask if the room met our expectations and if there were any issues we noticed that could be addressed. Although we didn’t find any issues, I appreciated her attentiveness and forward-thinking attitude. This level of care is something I truly value and must highlight. A heartfelt thank you for that. I also want to commend the reception staff, especially Safa, for their excellent service, from the booking process to check-in and check-out. The team is very attentive and forward-thinking, which is exactly what one expects from a 5-star hotel. Having stayed at numerous hotels across Europe, I can confidently say that the service here meets the high standards one expects from a 5-star establishment. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service, which I gladly recommend to others. This is not my first stay here, and I will definitely return with great pleasure, as I was very positively surprised. During check-in, we found a small gift for our child, which was a sweet gesture with cookies and a sweet name tag. I also received a small birthday cake, which was very thoughtful. Some reviews mentioned that the hotel is pricey, but I believe the service you receive is worth the cost. I find it completely fair and not overpriced at all.

The view of the Mediterranean Sea was amazing. The hotel was so nice and we had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were kind and friendly. We loved having so many restaurants and shops within walking distance and the hotel has a wonderful rooftop restaurant that is definitely worth visiting.

The unit has soundproofing and a bath. A dressing room, housekeeping service and full-day security are also available. The apartment was really big and had a bathroom for every bedroom. The big indoor ‘water park’ was a great addition at this shoulder season. The small mall nearby had a fine supermarket and a café that also made food to-go. Quite convenient.

The hotel was at an excellent location, beachfront, and they picked me up at the airport, which made my travel even more comfortable. The room was spacious and had an amazing view on the pool and the sea. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. A little modernization would not hurt, but I thought that was also part of the charm. I would be happy to return.
