Welcome was super friendly, we arrived 6am and they helped us with the transfer, breakfast and let us into the spa while our room was prepared. Location is a close walk from everything. 10/10 would stay again!

For your comfort, you will find slippers, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Booked the place as it’s just a 10min walk to zepp new taipei, which is the main purpose of my trip. Pretty affordable place and the staff are wonderful. The ladies in the front desk are super nice and helpful. The room had everything I needed for a brief stay. There’s two 7-11s nearby. No train station nearby but the bus stops are super close.

Taipei is 21 km from Full Moon SPA, while Yilan City is 24 km away. The nearest airport is Taipei Songshan Airport, 22 km from the property. I didn’t expect the water to be this good. It is the best hotspring water I have ever experienced. All the other services were exceptional.

Have to plan your budget as expenses may be on the higher side similar to Taipei city.

The inn features a spa centre, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. This property had the most beautiful location. The rooms had a private hot spring. The staff treated you like visiting royalty. Perfect for the lantern festival. What a gem. There was even an art gallery And my friend said the walking trail was nice.
