Super clean room and daily cleaning made us feel the most comfortable. We have requested change the bed sheet and just a minute house keeper change it for us. Would highly recommend it!

It is newly refurbished so feels fresh. Our room on the fourth floor was remarkably quiet although it faced the street and had big windows with a balcony. The bed was super comfortable! The service is exceptional and we must mention Justin particularly who is warm and professional and did so many extras for us that made our stay feel very special, exactly how you like to feel! After walking around Hanoi for two days and looking at other hotels, we realized how lucky we were to have booked this one. We would definitely return and very much do recommend this hotel.

Any issues (in general there is no issue with this awesome hotel) can be addressed by Ja Cosmo team immediately and effectively. Especially Brian is the key player. He can be helpful in all matters. Michael is amazing guy. They are professionals. I recommend to take tour by Ja Cosmo as well. Worth every penny. My next stay in Ha Noi is gonna be at Ja Cosmo surely.
