The design of the lobby and rooms is very textured. The receptionist at the counter will introduce the city to tourists in detail. Most importantly, if you leave your luggage at the reception in advance, someone will help you take it to the room. This hotel is very comfortable and high quality. I will stay here again next time I visit Belgium.

We had a wonderful stay at Ganda Rooms and Suites and really enjoyed the city of Ghent. We used it as a home base to visit Ypres and Bruges, both of which we'd highly recommend, but Ghent was our favorite city in Belgium. Annik & Kristof are wonderful hosts, and their home is beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfast with fresh baked bread, meats, muesli, fruit, and eggs made to order. We would highly recommend a stay here

Superb stay! Check-In/Out was super uncomplicated. The room was spacious and I felt very comfortable. I enjoyed the neighborhood, which is right around the corner of the canals & has cozy and chill restaurants and bars close by. If I come back to Ghent again I will def. stay here again. Impressive hotel in an old church 5 minutes from Saint Michael's Bridge and actually the city centre with very authentic reception, interior of corridors and rooms. Our room had very high ceilings, extremely comfortable beds, TV, refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities. Quite a large bathroom. The room was a bit chilly due to the large area, so we even increased the temperature control. In general, I really liked the concept of the hotel, the feeling of living in the old church is very interesting. There is a bar on the territory, a large courtyard where you can spend time at the tables, and the breakfast area that is simply impressive - it is directly the church itself with ancient stained glass windows, arches, icons. I highly recommend stopping by for a look, even if you don't have breakfast. We really liked the hotel, we would gladly stay again, it is higly recommended!

Obviously the owners paid attention to their guests’ needs. Everything inside was just so atmospheric and pretty! I stayed in a beautifully designed, completely new room with a kettle, tea and coffee, fridge and a very comfortable bed. Toiletries by my favourite brand in the bathroom. Lovely lighting in the room. And something I hadn’t seen before - the room was equipped with a glass bottle which I could refill for free with still or sparkling water from a tap in the dining area. Amazing - no need for plastic bottles! The dining area (cafeteria?) had snacks, a coffee machine, a few types of leaf tea, pre-made meals in the freezer and a microwave oven. Plates, cups, glasses, cutlery you could use at any time. The reception closes at 8 but you could take a snack or a meal, write your room number on a receipt, leave it in the reception and pay for it at checkout. No worries for hungry late comers! The reception had umbrellas for the guests - I used them a few times. I stayed there for almost two weeks and the hotel let me leave some of my luggage in the storage room over the weekend while I was away in another city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready for a chat. Overall I was amazed by the experience!
