The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean. The parking staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast decent. Could be better. A suggestion: all fruits must be peeled, especially papaya because people who have some type of mobility have more difficulty peeling fruits without helping.

There was a pretty bad smell outside the hote due to a sewer canal close by. No smell inside but it was not a good impression coming out of the car.
