We received an upgrade upon arrival. The room had a balcony with a barbecue and a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. We also loved that there was a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the room. I would always book this Hotel again.

Staff were excellent with great recommendations about where to eat and local walks. Canmore is a serious and more affordable alternative to Banff.

Best accommodation of all the 15 places we been through. The staff team are exceptional, no flattery, the little details they look into for their clients are amazing. Absolutely first class service standard on all fronts.
