People are friendly and helpful. The suite is warm, clean, and tidy. Perfect location, close to the bus stop, Saveway, Stanley Park, and Vancouver English Bay for the Fireworks. TSS is my number one Suite Hotel. high recommended.

Non profit and cheap for the location. Nice small room with Netflix app in the tv, and partly shared bathroom worked well. Parking is 25 cad for one night, but thats the same in other city hotels

The room perfectly matched the photos—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with essentials like a hair dryer, iron, and even a microwave. Close to everything and very comfortable, loved the lift rides and smooth check out. Helpful and friendly employees, mostly room maids, Gerry at concierge and Judy+Matthew in Dining Restaurant. Cafe and Restaurant had tasty and delicious food on menu and great coffee.
