Clean, well kept rooms and facilities. Great front door staff. Breakfast is well provided, with coffee made to order, not a push-button system. Even the breakfast bag that Alf prepared for me when he learned I had to leave extra early in the morning. Definitely would return

My favorite place to stay in Lausanne. The location is perfect, I love the scent of the hotel and its unique atmosphere. People at the reception are very friendly. You simply feel welcomed, while you stay very close to the important parts of the city. The hotel is located only a few minutes from the Flon station, and it takes up to 15 minutes to get to the train station.

It was close to the metro station Ours, which was good if coming by train from le gare or boat from Ouchy. It was also close to some good restaurants. It had coffee and tea making facilities in the room. It had a reasonably priced breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room facilities were modern and clean. All in all an excellent experience. I wish all hotels had this high standard.

The room was very big as we were 3 adults with 1 infant. It was very clean, tidy and new! The view form the room was amazing. The breakfast was so good and had a lot of varieties. The staff were very helpful.

Good room, great location, nice view from room 405. The restaurants were also close by , really happening one near the cathedral. Town in itself is so charming . Room size is also good. Just go for it.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, as was my room and bed. The room had a balcony with a view of Lake Geneva, which was delightful. The neighborhood was quiet and charming. The staff was wonderful, welcoming, efficient and helpful. The hotel's location was ideal.
