From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we knew our stay at El Faro would be great! The staff greeted us warmly and efficiently checked us in, giving us all details we needed to know. Our room was clean, well furnished, and offered a beautiful view of the ocean. One of the highlights of our stay was the impeccable service! Especially Juan Carlos but also every other staff member we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with any request. Whether it was providing recommendations or arranging transportation, the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Juan Carlos even went so far as to take a minute for our one year old son so we could finish our hot coffee or desert in peace. The dining experience at El Faro was also great! We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant, where the quality of food and especially the service was outstanding. The hotel's location was another plus. Situated close to the entrance of Parque Manuel Antonio, it was convenient to major attractions, souvenir shopping, and dining spots. Yet, it still managed to offer a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the environment. Overall, we can highly recommend staying at El Faro. The combination of good accommodations, impeccable service, and prime location made it a standout experience.

The location is absolutely gorgeous! We saw lots of animals and birds. Monkeys , iguanas, raccoons and even an ant-eater . We were at room 211, closest to the road. Every morning we saw lots of monkeys from our windows. Receptions guys were really helpful.

Gerald was superb. He helped organize and book all my tours and all my transportation. He's very patient and hospitable. Also, Carmen makes great cocktail drinks. She's super friendly and funny. They all made my stay very memorable The room was clean, spacious, and modern The swimming was perfect size, the jacuzzi was my favorite. Foods were delicious. Lots of wildlife I see while was in the resort. The view was breathtaking. Also, walk away from the beach I will definitely go back

Everything! The room was awesome, super spacious with incredible views and a great balcony. All food, drink and staff were great. The property has so much wildlife to see all around, with Capuchin’s, squirrel monkeys, Toucans, Parrots all dropping by the balcony! Great experience

    Such a nice place to stay, very good prices, unique view and location to visit the National Park and beach. I'd recommend to go early at restaurant for breakfast since it can get crowded and delayed to serve, but the breakfast options are very good and tasty!.
