The room was very cute and clean. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was really nice and stylish, I loved the shower which was huge! the receptionist told us we could have everything that was in the minibar for free, I appreciated it a lot and I found it to be a really kind thought. There was also a quite big TV, but we didn't have the chance to try that one.

Wonderful stay in Florence. The staff impressed us with their service. A warm thank you to the receptionist Cosmin, who showed and told us everything we should see. The rooms were clean, breakfast was simple but tasty. The biggest surprise was the happy hour where they serve you wine and prosecco for free :) Many thanks!

We fancied everything starting from the entrance hall ended to service, First of all the location is superb you can find anything near you, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and groceries. The staff was very warm and welcoming they have helped us in everything we asked for, kept our luggage, gave us needed facilties and they were available 24/7 even on the christmas eve. The room was fabulous, everything was sparkling clean and fantastic, in the room we could find everything we needed for one night stay, the beds and pillows were super comfortable and in the room we had the access to netflix and disney+. Thanks to this hotel our stay at florence was fierce, hundred percent valuable for money and I am definitely coming back there.

    The room was very comfortable, cleaned daily and the staff was very sweet and friendly. The location is very nice for someone who doesn't want to be close to traffic but still would like to visit the city center: It's nearby some nice restaurants with reasonable prices as well good gelato place on foot, tobaco shop (which you need to buy transport tickets as well), tram and bus stations towards the city center, also near supermarkets and nice bakeries. Check-in and Check-out was very easy and quick.
