Top notch. The pillows were especially nice 🧐🧐 My room was too cozy, it was hard to leave haha. My room was quiet. I stayed on the 9th floor for 3 nights by myself at the start of Spring. Sendai's city centre was a pleasure to walk around. There are night clubs quite close to the hotel 👀👀

Friendly staff, convenient location, clean rooms, and good price. I appreciate that the staff offered to hold on to our bags after check-out. That was very nice and it allowed me to enjoy my Sendai trip without carrying a heavy backpack around all day.

Really great location right near a major shopping arcade and many restaurants. While it’s a bit of a walk to Sendai station, it’s a really good walk, and there’s a subway station quite close as well. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the twin room I booked as Japanese hotel rooms are often quite small, so we had plenty of room. I like the classic/retro feel of the decor a lot and the staff were friendly.

Hotel is very close to Sendai Station as well as good selection of restaurants and bars. (We can recommend Habichey Roji Bar for great food and ambience.) We really appreciated being able to leave our luggage for the day in the very efficient locker system. The room was stylish and clean and the bedding fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Will look for other Comfort Hotels for other trips during our stay in Japan.
