The hotel has no reception, but makes it up for it by excellent communication via booking.com. We have received detailed instructions on how to check-in, and what to do. They were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, right next to the station. We were there for the Danjiri Festival, and it was easy to get back to the hotel, whenever you are out, you are in the middle of the main action. I would stay there whenever I need a last/first stop close to the Kansai Airport, the airport is just a few stops from the hotel, it is very convenient.

the shuttle bus from airport saved us big time! our flight was delayed 5hours and they were able to pick us up at midnight! staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable

Stayed for 5 nights, liked everything. Good 3 star hotel. My room was clean and warm. Everything worked properly, there was no mold, the bed linen was fresh. Towels, toothbrushes and trash were removed every day. The staff is pleasant and polite. In the morning there is a free shuttle to the airport. You can also order a transfer from Izumisano or Iharanosato train stations. Delicious varied breakfast and freshly brewed coffee. There are also interesting places nearby.
