Staff was incredibly friendly. Appartement really spacious for Japanese standards, modern, clean, well equipped. Location not very near to train station, but easy (and affordable!) to catch a taxi at the train station. We came by car; free parking available. Quiet location, large supermarket nearby. Matsumoto is a great travellers' hub for day trips nearby.

The location was good with a free car park and quiet surrounding area. We travelled by car so it was very convenient to go anywhere from there. The room was clean with a hammock to relax. There was a coin-operated washing machine in common area with detergent. The kitchen was very good. The owner was so kind and gave my children small lovely chocolate chunks. We enjoyed our 3-night stay so much.

After almost one month in Japan, this was the best accommodation. Onsen was just great and with hot sauna. Even the breakfast was probably best we had. Very close to a train station.

The hotel is walking distance to train and bus station and was convenient for me to get to where I wanted to go. A good breakfast was included which was another plus. All in all I enjoyed thoroughly my stay in Matsumoto and had a very good impression of the city.

    Good location with many shops close by. The bus terminal is just opposite the hotel making travelling by bus very convenient if you are under a budget. You can easily find supermarkets around the area to shop for fruits, snacks and other types of food and drinks. Good restaurants nearby too. The plus point is the hotel allows guests to pack breakfast by providing the packaging materials if you are in hurry to catch the early bus to another destination. check-in and check-out were fast, no hassle.
